Roll Offs

O.C. Sanitation has containers available in multiple sizes for all your construction needs. For smaller construction projects like a single bathroom please check out our DUMPSTERS page. If you’re doing a larger project like cleaning out your whole house or even building a new house, we suggest a 20-30yd roll-off container. Below we have more information on our roll-off containers.

20yd roll-offs

  • 22ft long, 5ft wide, and 4ft tall

30yd roll-offs

  • 22ft long, 5ft wide, and 6ft tall

Roll Off Truck

Please make sure that you have enough room for our truck to be able to set the roll off down. As you can see you need around 50ft for our truck to fit.
Roll-off containers can also be used to haul iron/steel to the scrap dealer.  Please contact us for details concerning costs to haul and current market prices.
